Kingman, Arizona is strategically located in the Center of the South West Golden Triangle; only about 3 hours to Phoenix; 4 and a half hours to Los Angeles; and now that the Hoover Dam Bypass Road is completed, only a little over an hour and a a half to the Las Vegas Strip.
Kingman is closer to Las Vegas than Palm Springs is to Los Angeles at a higher elevation with better year round weather. Kingman, Arizona is a terrific place to start LIVING the Rest of Your Life. Real estate prices are reasonable, crime is low, and we have great medical care.
Kingman still has a small town feel. We currently only have a population of about 40,000 residents, yet, we are projected to increase to 1.3 million residents over the next 30 some years.
The cost of living in Kingman is very reasonable. Utilities, Insurance, Taxes, and Property Values are very affordable, especially compared to the nearby larger cities and Midwest and Eastern cities.
We have outdoor recreation galore: Hiking, Boating, Fishing, Horseback Riding; you name it. The weather is so great that you can play Golf nearly year round. What a Paradise!
